Samsung is reportedly working on a new C series of Galaxy smartphones . Specifications of two unannounced models - Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 were recently leaked. The upcoming handsets are expected to be priced in between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000.
According to Android Headlines, both Galaxy C5 and C7 will feature a metal unibody design with 5.2-inch and 5.7-inch displays respectively. Screen resolution on both handsets will be Full HD at 1080x1920 pixels. The report further states that hardware specifications of both the smartphones will be same too. The major difference, however, will be of size.
Samsung's Galaxy C series of smartphones will reportedly come with Android Marshmallow preloaded on them.
Hardware specifications of the smartphones include 64-bit Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor, 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage, along with a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing shooter.
The company recently launched the 2016 edition of its 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab A. Officially launched in Germany , there's no word on the tablet's availability in India.
The tablet comes in two variants -- Wi-Fi and LTE, priced at EUR 289 and EUR 349 respectively. Apart from 4G sim support, both versions feature same hardware specifications.
The tablet has a 10.1-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and weighs 525 grams. Running the latest Android Marshmallow, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. There's 16GB of internal storage with support for microSD cards up to 200GB.
